Chuck Anderson is the co-founder and principal consultant of Living to Thrive that specialises in workplace mental health and psychological safety. His background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Diploma of Positive Psychology and Well-Being and Diploma of Risk Management. He has worked with a number of major clients across Australia including WeWork, Charles Stuart University, Australian Red Cross Life Blood, nbn and more. Chuck is also a freelance well-being columnist writing newspapers such as the North Sydney Sun. He has had the pleasure of interviewing some of the world's foremost experts in the field of psychology including Dr Kristin Neff, Dr Ellen Langer and Dr Rick Hanson. Over the last 22 years, he has worked across multiple sectors and industries, both in Australia and overseas, where he gained a wealth of diverse experience and knowledge. This includes seven years in defense where he was an intelligence specialist for the U.S. Navy.
